What’s the difference between full service and delivery?
Full service includes staff for buffet setup, serving, and buffet cleanup. Standard service is two hours: 30 minutes for setup, one hour for serving, and 30 minutes for cleanup. Delivered buffets are set up hot and ready to serve, without staff remaining on site.
Can we host a rehearsal dinner at Smokehouse?
Yes. Banquet rooms are available in Gladstone, Independence, and Kansas City near Zona Rosa. Contact the location you prefer to discuss your guest count, menu, and date.
