Catering Policies:
Catering Department must receive confirmation of menus and guest count 48 hours prior to your event. Catering plans provide a maximum of 2 hour service time which includes, 30 minutes for setup, 1 hour for serving, and 30 minutes for clean-up. Service times are adjusted for larger groups. Additional labor will be charged at a rate of $20.00 per hour-per server.
Delivery Policies:
A $30.00 delivery charge will apply for deliveries under 50 guests or Ala Carte orders under $500.00 in the metropolitan area. A delivery charge will apply on all orders outside the metropolitan area. While we try to accommodate all delivery requests, a 48 hour notice would be appreciated on all deliveries. Method of payment must be determined when delivery is scheduled.
An 18% administration fee will be added for catering orders.
