Smokehouse Barbecue Catering specializes in buffet service for cocktail receptions, weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, luncheons and dinner parties.
We have a variety of menu choices, and the experience and expertise that will make any event a success. Our friendly and professional staff will completely set up your buffet with table, table linen and chafing dishes. Staff will be on site for two hours of serving time. After your meal, our staff will clean up and remove buffet. All unconsumed food becomes the property of Smokehouse Barbecue.
Chinaware is available for an additional cost. A small deposit is required upon booking a catered event.
Buffet Delivery
We delivery our buffets arrive hot and ready to serve in disposable containers. Delivery personnel will provide table cover and set up your buffet in the location of your choosing.
Boxed Meals
We can prepare BBQ box meals for virtually any corporate event, from as few as 10 to as many as 500. From staff picnics to large company parties, Smokehouse Barbecue has you covered.

Catering Policies
Catering Department must receive confirmation of menus and guest count 48 hours prior to your event.
Catering plans provide a maximum of 2 hour service time which includes, 30 minutes for setup, 1 hour for serving, and 30 minutes for clean-up.
After your meal, our staff will clean up and remove buffet. All unconsumed food becomes the property of Smokehouse Barbecue.
Service times are adjusted for larger groups. Additional labor will be charged at a rate of $20.00 per hour-per server. A small deposit is required
upon booking a catered event.
Delivery Policies
A $30.00 delivery charge will apply for deliveries under 50 guests or Ala Carte orders under $500.00 in the metropolitan area. A delivery charge will apply on all orders outside the metropolitan area.
While we try to accommodate all delivery requests, a 48 hour notice would be appreciated on all deliveries.
Method of payment must be determined when delivery is scheduled.
Prices are per person. Less than 25 or more than 300 guests, call for quote.
